Speaker 1:

Welcome to this guided meditation designed to help you find balance between the opposing energies within yourself. The yin within us represents stillness, coolness and our receptivity and our receptivity, while the yang symbolizes warmth, activity and movement. Both energies are essential and through this meditation we'll harmonize these forces, bringing peace and balance to your mind, body and soul. So let's find a comfortable position, either seated or lying down, and we can begin. Close your eyes and begin to focus on your breath. Take a deep breath in and gently exhale Again. Inhale and exhale slowly, letting go of any tension. Allow your body to soften into the surface beneath you. Feel the gentle rise and fall of your breath as it moves in and out, grounding you in this present moment, as we prepare to balance the yin and yang energies. Bring your awareness now to your body. Notice your feet grounding you to the, your hips and your lower back, feeling the energy now in your torso, your chest and your shoulders. Relax your arms, your hands and your eyes. Allow your entire body to relax, gently, held by the balance of both yin and yang and yang. Now let's focus on the breath, using it to connect with the opposing forces within you. As you inhale, imagine drawing in the energy of yang, a warm, active, vibrant energy that fills your body with vitality. On each exhale, release and connect with yin, a cool, peaceful, grounding energy that calms and soothes your body. Keep breathing in the warmth of yang and breathing out the cool calm of yin. With each inhale, feel a spark of energy of light and movement, filling you with life, and with each exhale, let go of any stress or tension, surrendering to the stillness and the peace. Now, in your mind's eye, picture the symbol and cool the other half, bright and warm. Tune in to that yang energy for a few moments. The light, the heat radiating within the bright side. This energy represents movement, passion and strength.

Speaker 1:

And now take a moment to tune in to the Yin energy within the darker side of the circle stillness, receptivity and reflection. Visualize these energies flowing through your body, circulating from head to toe. The yang energy moves upwards, through you, energizing every part of your being, and the yin energy flows downwards, grounding you and bringing calm and bringing calm. As these energies flow, they meet in the centre of your body, in your heart. Here they mix and harmonise, balancing each other perfectly, allowing you to feel both energised and at peace.

Speaker 1:

As you continue to breathe deeply, repeat these following affirmations in your mind I embrace both the light and the dark vitality between my yin and yang energies. I trust the flow of life and allow balance to guide me. Feel the truth of these words resonate within you as the balanced energies of yin and yang continue to back to your breath. Begin to bring your awareness back to your breath, noticing the steady rhythm of your inhales and exhales, noticing how balanced and centered you feel. Gently wiggle your fingers and your toes, reawakening your body with this newfound sense of harmony. When you're ready, open your eyes and take in your surroundings, knowing that the balance of yin and yang is within you. Always Take this sense of peace and balance with you throughout your day, knowing you can return to this feeling anytime you need. Thank you.
